Doesn’t look so bad, from here at least.

Guessing they ignored that grinding wheel bearing for quite a while.

Looks like she took a pretty hard hit to the LR door, ripping off the rear suspension in the process. She’s a goner.

Got a good amount of camber going on there.

People would pay money for camber like that

I rented one of those about 12 years ago - it was surprisingly pretty fun to drive. And A/C in the seats.

Typical Lincoln rear air suspension...

Poor LS.
Those don’t get the respect they deserve. There are a few running around with Super Coupe blowers on them.

If you zoom in, it got hit in the rear door/wheel area pretty hard. It’s FUBAR’d

A family friend leased one new. He liked it.

Yeah, I like them.
Super Coupe blowers, eh? I’ve been eye-balling this Super Coupe, if the Roadmaster ever sells.

Precisely. The driver was got out, and was just shaking his head. He knew it was done.

No, it’s hard to see because it’s black, but if you zoom in you can see he got hit pretty hard in the left rear door/wheel area.

I’ve been watching that same Bird!
I really want a 94 or 95 but any with a 5 speed will do.

Ha! I wish there were more pics. It looks pretty clean, but you never know. I don’t really know squat about these, so why would you prefer a ‘94 or ‘95?
![]() 10/21/2016 at 21:07 |

94 and 95 got a 20 horsepower and 15 ft/lb torque bump and they had a better interior design.
The one I had most recently was an 89 automatic running on 4 cylinders (fried pistons). It would still shake it’s tail feather like Ray Charles was singing to it at full chat. Instant donuts.
I wish that one had interior and underbody pics. It’s been for sale for about a year. The biggest issue with all MN12s is rust in the rockers and head gaskets (on the 3.8 cars)
These will gain value.
Sorry.. I’m rambling.

Not at all, thanks for the info.
I’m also considering this Bronco. I should be able to get enough for the Roadmaster that I wouldn’t need to dig further into my pocket.

NP for sure on the Bronco. Typical F150ish rust issues but not a deal breaker. It’s rare to see a front bench in an XLT.

That’s what I thought, especially with working AC (which the a Roadmaster does not have). The one thing I’m not sure of, is if the bench will work for me. I love benches, but I still have 6 months of a kid in a rear facing car seat and I’m not sure there’s enough room for the car seat and for me to get behind the wheel with that solid bench.

Crusty has the buckets and can fit 3 guys our size across somewhat comfortably. I’ve yet been lucky enough to deal with car seats but I doubt it would be an issue.

Hadn’t even considered the possibility of putting the car seat up front. There’s no airbag up there after all.

Driver side only.

Looks like GMC terrain that hit it?
As for he LS (one of my favorite cars that isn’t as good as hype says): We can rebuild it. We have the technology. ...but we won’t.

Yep, it’s a Terrain that hit it.
The rocker panel in front of the rear wheel was pushed back a good foot or so.
